I’ll bet you’re curious as to which fitness products or piece of equipment will work you? Well if you’re anything like my clients you will be. It must be one of the most frequently asked questions I get asked. Well the simple answer is all of them!
Although there is a lot of bogus and not very well designed and expensive pieces of at home exercise equipment available on the market today most of them would still give you a fairly decent result. That is unless they are downright dangerous which some of them are many of them have been reviewed on this site.
The sad truth is it’s not usually the exercise equipment that is at fault. It’s you and your expectations. Buying the equipment will not help you get fitter or lose weight. Using the equipment on a regular basis for a long period of time is what will give you the results you desire.
Buying the latest piece of exercise equipment or gadget by itself won’t help you at all. People seem to think that if they’d spent a lot of money then results are guaranteed. Well I’m sorry to destroy your fantasy but that just isn’t true. No good having the latest all laughing and all singing piece of exercise equipment if you’re just going to hang your laundry on it. You actually need to use it.
I think the media has brainwashed is all into believing that we can get something from nothing. I’m sorry but that’s just not true. You’re just going to have to get a little bit sweaty little bit tired and maybe suffer a little bit of discomfort to get where you want to be.
So if you see any piece of exercise equipment advertised that states it easy and requires almost no effort runn as far away in the opposite direction as you can. If it sounds too good to be true it is too good to be true you know that I know that everyone knows that.
