I see that the Reebok Easy Tone Trainers are back in the news again. It looks like that going for the big push trying to persuade people like you that just by changing your footwear you can gain huge fitness benefits. However it doesn’t take a brain the size of a planet to realise that just by changing the trainers you wear that suddenly you’re going to get ripped and lose all the excess fat you’ve piled on over the last few years.
It’s all part of the I don’t actually have to do anything to lose weight advertising and marketing message. Just slip your feet into these trainers and watch the fat literally melt off your body. Well I’m sorry to say that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is too good to be true.
Even assuming the research is valid how many extra calories do you think you’re going to burn by being slightly unstable whilst walking or jogging? My guess is very few and the downside is in all probability the likelihood of injuring yourself wearing these new trainers particularly for the unfit is going to be very high. They’ll change the way your heels strikes and unless you’re very careful you could easily lose balance and fall over.
For the cost of these new trainers you could buy some fairly decent workout equipment that will actually help you lose weight and lose fat.
However if you’re bound and determined to get these trainers you can read my Reebok EasyTone Trainers Reviews here.
