The whole point of exercise gadgets is to provide a convenient and inexpensive way to reach the same level fitness you would receive through a trainer. Also, the perfect sit-up is $100. Hiring a personal trainer is far more expensive and, if what the product says is true, will only get you the same results as the perfect sit-up (or any other device that similar claims).

I'm not sure I like the idea of it I guess it would take getting used to. As far as having padding, I bought just one of those work-out mats (works great) and I've only been working my abs for six months and I'm already starting to get a wash board. It just takes commitment!

Maybe a little extra for some add ons and a PERSONAL TRAINER cost by the HOUR?? that makes no financial sense to me at all. And you can get those "movie star" abs it's just going to take a lot of time and determination so if a person has to have less than 5% or whatever body fat it's achievable just make sure you have the necessary time and patience to devote to your health and well being. Oh and the perfect Sit-up is awesome!!!!!!!!

I for one run on the treadmill 2-3 times a week and burn this fat off but when it comes to crunches i just simply cant do that much because its hurt my back when im on the floor. i barely have any fat on me, so if i would get the perfect situp would that actually help? because im tired of trying to do situps on the floor because its hurts my back and i may be doing incorrectly but im already a low body fat so can i just usethe perfect situp to try to get abs? becuase if not i dont see myself doing situps.
