I personally really love my ab circle pro! its easy to use, easy to set up, can use it while watching tv and it shows results. with in the first couple of weeks i had a toned stomach, arms and my legs took a bit longer to tone but got there in the end, its a great little set up i used it every day or every second day, watching tv for about 15min, some weeks i didnt use it at all and i didnt even use the food planner i just ate what i would normally eat but just a bit less of the bad stuff. remember to stretch before and after as you can get very sore arms and shoulders the next day. but at least a 81/2 out of 10 for the ab circle pro!

I bought my ABCIRCLE DELUXE V3 from the tv shop for $400 and with in 3 weeks of working fine the rollers started to perish slightly on the rolling part, making it harder to glide smoothly and hard not to get distracted by the rough patch rolling over the roller. The knee bowls are not very comfortable at first it really hurt, but then i got used to it; not as great as i thought it would be, it does some what to my obliques gets the heart rate up if you do it quickly i guess. But hurts the lower back on a few of us that have used it, deffinatly not worth $400.00 more like $99 should have just bought a second hand one on trade me for $200, also beware of the fakes! made of cheap materials that break, you can go to spot the fake ab circle on utube to make sure its not a fake that will break, thanks hope you get what you can from this .

I love my ab circle pro I have had mine for three months.
The results have been great as I have followed the diet and my six pack is reall\y starting to show.
The V2 seems to be built a lot stronger than the original and touch wood I have not had any issues yet.

Ab circle is not up to the matk it is light weight machine and it moves while working out. which is not a good sign. I hve been using this product. it has worked a little only and its knee bowles has come lot of cracks.so i dont advise fro this product.

I love this machine! The comments about the paint…it’s common sense that it will get some wear and tear(I haven’t had any problems) I use it 15 min or more almost everyday. I just started working out less than a month ago and I am already seeing major results! I was a size 14 and now i’m a 10

its good and you can see the results within 3 weeks and apart from the uncomfortness of the knee pads witch you can resolve apart from that every thingis fine and does the write job and can children use it

I purchased my Ab-Circle pro at K-mart I was so excited because I didn’t have to wait for it to come by mail. Well, I put it together fairly easy> Started to use it and after about 2 days 10-15 mins each day, the paint started to peel off and the wheels ended up with divets in them which made the machine glide very rough. I took it back to Kmart and replaced it for another machine. Then once again this began to happen with the second machine so i just gave up and brought it back as well and decieded that it was time for my money back and now am very happy with an elliptical machine instead. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

It appears that the lighter people weighing in at 160 pounds or less have postive things to say about the machine, but heavier people are finding that it wears out quickly.

i just got my ab circle today from bed bath and beyond. I read a lot of reviews on it and i figured out i just have to be prepared to replace the rollers but im going to clean it after every use. I did each work out it said to do for 3 mins each and i am already feeling it. Tomorrow i will be sore im sure. But i like it i think it works great. I get bored easy on tredmills, running, and i got the p90x awhile back ( which works amazing) but i got bored having to do the workouts an hour a day. I am 5’1 and weigh 134 so we will see if i loose any weight.
